- 2 slices of your favorite savory bread
- 3 slices of cheese
- 2 tbsp Butter
2) Add bread to pan and let brown.
3) Flip each slice of bread and ensure there is more butter in the pan (add more if needed).
4) Add cheese (I like to use 2 slices cheddar, 1 slice gouda) to one slice of bread and put the second slice of bread on top of the cheese, so that the already toasted side is touching the cheese.
5) Brown the second side of the bread, then flip the sandwich and brown on the last side. Make sure there is enough butter in the pan (add more if needed).
