- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup + 2 TBSP cane sugar
- 1 TBSP dry sherry
- 1 TBSP sambal oelek
- 1.5 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 TBSP water
2) Stir in cornstarch mixture. Let sauce cool and store.
