- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 4 TBSP olive oil
1) Toast the sesame seeds for 3-5 minutes, until golden.
2) Add toasted seeds to a food processor and process until it is a crumbly paste, ~1 minute.
3) Add 2 TBSP oil and process for 2 minutes more.
4) Check tahini consistency. It should be pourable be smooth. Add more oil if necessary.
