My Mom's Chili

  • 2x 16 oz cans of kidney beans (dark or light)
  • 2x 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper (any color)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 TBSP chili powder (can add more to taste)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1) Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
